Indica Terpenes can help you:

• Relax, especially your body.
• Sleep
• Feel Euphoric

While different strains have their own unique effects,  Indica strains tend to be more physically sedating. They are the perfect nightcap for unwinding at the end of a long day.

Sativa Terpenes are known for giving you:

• Energy, esp. focused brain energy 
• Creativity 
• Focus
• Mental Clarity

Sativa strains are ideal for activities during the daytime that require physical activity or a high level of social interaction.

Hybrid Terpenes are a mixture of both Indica and Sativa Terpenes, usually a 50/50 blend (or close to it). They are mixed this way because it allows for the creation of strains that can best target a particular health condition, as well as secondary conditions, including:

• Stress
• Pain
• Headaches
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Lack of Appetite

Just like balanced (50/50) hybrid terpenes, Dominant Terpenes are mixed in such a way to target a particular condition. They are typically classified as:

• Indica-dominant (or indica-dom)
• Sativa-dominant (sativa-dom)  

Popular hybrids include Pineapple Express, Trainwreck, and Blue Dream. Dominate Style Hybrids can be used for daytime or nighttime use, depending on the predominant effects of that particular strain.
